Here is a colorized version Comic Land 1948 which originally appeared as a full page b&w example for periodical retailers to gain inspiration on how to best display comic (magazine) books for the targeted intended audience(s) - rack em in alphabetical order In 1995 I published the black & white ad in to a large size 20x24 poster on heavy card stock in an edition of a thousand copies I was handing out more than 20 years ago as a business card. Thought you here in CBCS Land might like to see it as well. Colorized by Kirby Museum cofounder Rand Hoppe Here is a link to my eBay store where I have less than a dozen original b&w version copies left from the original 1995 print run. http://www.ebay.com/itm/391901911584?ul_noapp=true |

That's really cool! I never really thought about how comics were displayed back then. I was a kid back in the 60's/70's so all I remember were the spinner racks. Thanks for sharing

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. | drchaos private msg quote post Address this user
