| They're good about crediting something as a printer defect. And yes, they offer pressing. You have to write it on your invoice at this point, but they're working on adding it to the check-out process. |

I highly recommend paying for the Fast Pass for Pressing. It's only an extra $6 at that tier & it will make a big difference with your turnaround time. |
