This is the highest grade that I ever received for a Silver Age DC comic that I submitted for grading.

This is the only Silver Age book that I ever submitted that received a 9.8. Some of you might remember that Steve Borock used to have a thread where he would post pictures of rare, unusual, and/or high-grade books that he was in the process of grading. I was very happily surprised when I say him post a picture of this book. As a bonus, I know that Steve personally graded this book.

Some pics from my first order. I sent in nine books back in April 2015. I'm pretty sure I still have most but only a few pics handy. The old pink label is still superior.

I pulled these pics from the old CBCS Highlander thread. I can't believe that thread is six years old. The time has really flown by. Back in 2005, this series pulled 21 year old Mike back into collecting for a bit before I got out a few years later due to life then got into it again around 2014 and haven't looked back. Unless I reslabbed these, which I don't remember if I did, then they will always be riveting.

My first 10.

Here’s a few other high grade books that had been in my personal collection for several decades before I submitted them for grading.
