| I bought two of these and have one where the internal boxes are unopened. I opened the outer box only a few years ago. They include everything originally ordered. I paid $186 for it through the campaign which was $160 for each 3 pack and $26 each for shipping. Shipping costs are high due to the dimensions of the box. I'm looking for $240 shipped which will be my break even point. Here's a link to see what it looks like. | Closed. I split it up on ebay and sold the classic w/autograph for more than I was offering all three for here  . |
