This book has not been dry cleaned or pressed, to my knowledge. I bought this book directly from mycomicshop and had it held for consignment. IMHO, this book is likely to fetch a 4.0 if graded by CGC or CBCS as is; unpressed without any dry cleaning.But a press would probably help the grade, with the “2” cumulative spine split” in the graders’ notes of this listing, I would think that would cap the grade at 5.0. ….take a gander at the gams on the dame in the red dress, fellas! Based on the whiteness of the back cover, I would say that this book would get a WHITE PAGES label designation, if graded… … …early SA DC books are a doozy to find with nice page quality. Cherry Bob Brown GGA girl in a red dress with a creepy sorcerer drooling over her……a 6 page story drawn by Bernard Bailey, a Simon & Lirby collaboration on a 6 pager, George Rousous art & Brown art on the other two stories . CGC and CBCS will both be at Baltimore taking submissions this weekend, CGC will be offering on site grading. Only other 2 available copies of this book on ebay are priced at least double this MCS copy, a raw copy and a PGX graded copy , but feel free to shoot me a best offer thru the listing in this post….still time to have it delivered for on-site grading at Baltimore. *EDIT- My memory was wrong, there’s a raw copy at 130/BO and a PGX 4.5 on ebay now 325 or 350 from a foreign seller. Both have a variation on the damsel in peril cover thems. Both have a 6 page Bernard Bailey drawn take. Both have Kirby art in a 6 page story, though #69’s Kirby art is a Simon & Kirby collaboration.
