| I think this is awesome, hopefully this keeps personnel employed at the big encapsulation companies. It would be terrible if submissions started slowing down and the companies got backed up again. As I watch many streamers on the Youtube, some are talking about slumps in comics, it seems like it's mostly raw for sale. It seems from these streamers that the slabbing industry is doing well, high percentages of comics being slabbed. | ||

| So I got the same email. It said the code was valid “through September 8.” I spend hours yesterday choosing and inspecting books. I then submit each one online. When I go to input the code (on September 8) a message pops up as “code expired.” This is more than frustrating. “Through September 8” should mean through September 8. Not before September 8. Especially because the email was only received three days ago. !!!! | ||

Right on @flanders. I'm a promo code type of customer so submitting another order was a mad scramble last week, not sure I got an email either. My dashboard isn't reflecting anything yet but it was midday on Friday so... I have a sort of a collection condensing plan this year, (prolly a year, 2 late according to the market ) so I keep a batch of possible grading candidates. Only 5 books this go 'round.I'm not super graded guy but I fall into the camp of graded books have value to get- more books, GA at this point. My preference is CBCS, on aesthetic and general principle, which also means I am losing a percentage, but it is what it is. I feel a strong enough book is a strong book still, hope at least. I have a table at a show coming up next month in Indy, and by then, I'll have a whopping 8,9 slabs for sale, along with a few dozen other raw books. By the way, maybe a noob could get a lil market trend feedback and this is not me grade bitchin. This was the results from my first promo code submission back in March.  -You can't convince me there is not a scale or a curve on ASM 361. Gotta be top 5 book on the census, thought I'd get a 9.5, not crushed but cmon. -Pleased on the Vicki. -Thought the Wonder Woman would be a .5 higer! The one I'm keeping, my mod WW run I pursued in grade and this makes me kinda doubt that.. -Bummed about the Swamp Thing. Idk, that's a 7+ to me. If I had know that was the score, I wouldn't have submitted. Yea no pre screen and no press on any, bare bones. To me, I feel unless it's a super key or GA book, if it's not gonna come back 7.5,8 or higher, why bother. Sweet cover but I'll be lucky to break even on, and it was a multiple so...nbd I guess. -First Sonic I thought would be a click higher. More of a test on my part, not the gain I thought it might be initiallly. -the TNNT is brutal. It had a stain inside I hadn't noticed until too late. Presents like a boss but that was unfortunate. Still has sweet trade value I think but my hope got dashed with that 4.5. The 361 and Vicki are clearly the cream I guess. |

| @Stuzilla I've experienced that same thing on a past promotion. I just printed out the submission form, wrote the discount code on the form and sent the form with the books being submitted. CBCS honored the code. And welcome to the forum! |
