Everyone that has been banned from the forum either wouldn't or couldn't work within an established set of parameters. They were given multiple chances. It's not a one and done system. When the forum was being tested, it was decided that there wouldn't be any limits on topics of conversation, with maybe the exception of pressing techniques. Every restriction that has been placed on conversation since the go live date has been the result of members not being able to handle the conversational freedom given to them from the onset.

	just watched Blue Beetle. I really enjoyed it. It was fun. It wasnt the best super hero or even the best dc but it was far from the worst. Ive been looking at my graded Infinite Crisis #3 (Jamie's first appearance) and #5 (his first appearance as blue beetle)
