Longshot, including my first double cover discovered in the wild at a small comic shop. I was just starting my modest return to the hobby since my teen years and had yet to discover price guides or any publications supporting it, so I had never heard of double covers. When I got home and saw it, I wasn't sure if it was intentional or not. Over the years I would discover four more (ASM 148, Strange Tales 180, GS Super Stars 1, Kamandi 2), which kinda blows my mind when I read about collectors with bigger collections never finding any. I have a few that were disclosed as having double covers when I purchased them, but to be honest they just don't have the same je ne sais quoi as the ones that surprised me. |

@Siggy always to cool to see the double covers. I've only found two in all my years of scrounging through back issues bins (Marvel Comics Presents #7 and Marvel Team Up #71). Yours are cooler. | ||
