@DrWatson Man, that sounds rough. I'm sorry to read that you have to go through that.

The dog just ate uncooked pasta noodles. Do you think it'll cook up n turn to noodles in his stomach?

Oh ye of little dog knowledge. Two daily meals don't discourage eating whatever can be found.

Presumably they will soften a bit on the way through the system.

@EbayMafia

I would imagine it's gonna be hard as when it went in. You figure it takes boiling water and being submerged to rehydrate pasta. Either way, I nominate heizdad to explore the excrement to let us know. =)

good thing it wasn't spaghetti noodles. That'd freak out the vet he doesn't visit.

So I take it if he doesn't go regularly to vet, you don't brush his teeth either?

I have a buddy who takes her cat to have its teeth cleaned once a year. I imagine your suppossed to do that with a dog as well....

A lot of dogs have to be sedated to have their teeth cleaned. My Dad had a greyhound that never had his teeth cleaned because its hard for them to come out of sedation. Many dogs have to be sedated to have their nails cut or any doctoral procedures to occur. This includes Hienz.

Wow. An anesthesiologist for pets. I didn't see that one coming. Man I don't know how you all afford your pets. It's expensive enough for a human.....

To answer your question, no, this is not where the comics go to die. MutantMania private msg quote post Address this user
My daughter-in-law is a RVT and you would be surprised at how much people spend on their pets.
They have insurance plans just like people but still some people spend thousands getting stuff done.

Oh @HeinzDad she said your dog should be fine. Maybe a little bloated depending on how much he ate.

Is there a standard length of time that optioning a comic lasts for or does each option have its own terms?

Yeah

yes there will typically be a clause within the contract which stipulates that if the option is not used within a timeframe then the option becomes void

@HotKeyComics
I would imagine each has its own limit agreed upon when signed - there may be some industry standard but everything can vary.

Where I work had a winery design by Frank Gehry (famous architect) - but there was a time limit to have it built because otherwise it would not represent whatever his future building style would be....they ended up not building it - just flush $$$ away!!!

Don't know of it's the best, but I use collect insure. So far I have not had to test it, but I use their insurance on shipping a lot.....

Edit

Here is policy for I think 300k. I did have to amend the coverage to cover full loss in case of fire or theft fir the 100k to full amount. I forget what the added cost was. So the final cost is a little more than what you see here.

Deductions were given fir monitoring

@Nearmint67 a couple of relevant threads. It probably depends on what you're doing with them - if they largely just sit in your house or if you buy/sell a lot, take them to shows, etc.
