| So I’m now going on 6 weeks where I have two subs being marked as “Ship to Canada”. I’ve checked and the address is correct, seems odd it takes that long to actually ship out, or does CBCS only do a monthly/bimonthly fedex pickup or something? Am I being naive and there is a built-in delay for shipping where they sit a while before being actioned? |

| EDIT 9/29 - Another Press submission added to the Ready for Pickup queue I have a Press submission completed and now in the Ready to Pickup category below in Bold There has been a lot of movement the past few days in my June 2021 Press submissions. Additionally, I have noticed a couple of others post what I have also noticed a few times and now 3 times in the past week. That being, after a brief movement to the "Labels" and "HeatSeal" sub-stages of Grading, the submission goes back to the "Grading" sub-stage in the "Print Invoice" hyperlink. I am wondering if perhaps maybe CBCS has added in, but not sub-staged, a new QC or maybe Finishing process whereby they are buffing out the encasements? Just speculation on my part as there was a couple of points where reports of marring or marks on the encasements were being reported, but I have not seen any of recent. @SteveRicketts Glad you're making progress. I have a procedural question. When my August 2021 order (21-2E1601F) left pressing, the invoice switched back to "Received" (not "Grading" . Does that mean it's in the grading queue? Or did something else happen to push it back to "Received"? |

| So good news! (For Canadian submitters anyway) My March 22 order shipped on Tuesday (by FedEX)should arrive Monday. Seemed to go according to plan: notified, shipped, grades appeared. My Oct 2021 and Dec 2021 changed to "Ship To Canada" 0n Aug 22nd. Based on advice here, I immediately messaged customer Service with my (Still) accurate address and said please ship them to me. No answer to the email till yesterday, when I got an email saying "sorry about the late reply, we have been trying to contact you to confirm your address" Not sure how they were trying to contact mem but nevertheless, I responded "As per the email below, yes my address is accurate, please ship". They shipped today! Note these were all submitted to the Canadian Oakville location and then seemed to take months to get sent to Texas. None of them had screening or pressing, all vintage. My August 2021 is stilling in pressing, but 3 out of 4 is good! They do seem to be getting through the backlog. |

| Is that CBCS Order Tracker accurate? https://www.cbcscomics.com/tracker/ According to the Pressing Team, mine should not even be pressed yet (and my Invoice shows "Pressing" , yet when I enter both my subs in that new order tracker, it says both my subs are already graded and in production stages...I do not trust that at all... As per Steve, they are pressing October right now, so my November and December should not be in Grading let alone past grading. Anyone else see confusing and conflicting info with the new order tracker (or at least it's new to me since I just saw it for the first time). |

| My Oct 2021 (received ay CBCS on 10/12/21, yet not shown as "received" by CBCS until 11/29/2021, order invoice shows pressing , and the "tracker" shows that my order has been "verified and accurately graded" and are now getting labeled,sealed , etc. I'm a little skeptical as well that it is accurate. Hoping it is though. TAT at the time I submitted was 12 weeks according to the web site at that time. |

| Thanks @SteveRicketts for taking the time to confirm. I think I already knew based on all of your other posts (please keep those coming!!!) I was just questioning the new tracker which if someone thought was going to help, may only end up hurting/slowing/creating more confusion if it's not correct. Unless it's in beta right now while the data gets synced up... maybe the web team can tag it as such... Cool if it does eventually bring all of us the same info you see on your end. Will certainly reduce the number of emails and posts about "where is my order..." and so on. However, if I may add a suggestion to it, it should include more process/step breakdowns (pressing and VSP for example which mine have). Thanks again! |
