| Hi, @SteveRicketts, Thank you for working to get back to people on this thread! Would you mind checking on the following orders that went for press and grading (slow track): 21-2C6E2CE (August 9, 2021) 21-35B7141 (September 24, 2021) 21-38226CA (October 6, 2021) The first has signature verification, so that probably slowed it down. The second two are part of a signing, so the timing of that also probably affects TAT. Knowing that it's not a guarantee - do you have any estimate on when I would expect these to complete or would you prefer to not offer one (which is understandable)? Thanks! |

| Got an email that an order completed, which I was not expecting this quickly. Sadly it's an odd order and probably not helpful for other people tracking their own. It has VSP on a couple books, fast pressing, and regular-speed modern/expanded grading from before the new price structures were introduced. The timeline anyway: sent in late/mid February, marked as going into grading in mid August. I have no idea why grading apparently went so fast. Maybe the email is teasing me (or trolling everyone who sent in orders after me). Maybe all of my books failed prescreen so they didn't do anything to them. |

| So I’m now going on 6 weeks where I have two subs being marked as “Ship to Canada”. I’ve checked and the address is correct, seems odd it takes that long to actually ship out, or does CBCS only do a monthly/bimonthly fedex pickup or something?
