I have been waiting with 3 sets since Jun,July and Aug 2021 and now the one from Jun witch is now 2022 has been pressed,graded and supposed to be waiting to be slabbed.A long wait.It will be a long time before I get any more comics graded for a while.Very disappointed  on service. |

| Seems like my comics i dropped off end of July 2021 went from pressing back to received and then to processing again, hopefully that means something is happening to them. (I asked 6 months ago and they told me they were pressing books from june 2021 then, so seems they havent made it through 2 months of submitted books in the past 6 months which is a bit disheartening) |

| I have an order that has left pressing and went to grading. 21-29E0025 MD and EX. When I paid for the order, I submitted for pressing and grading. When those orders came out of pressing, I now have an overpaid balance of $145. I went back and see that several of the comics that I asked to be pressed were NOT pressed. I haven't been told what is happening. Why were these not pressed and why do I have a credit balance? This order was sent in July 2021. I do believe that this order is over the original TAT that was stated back in July 2021. I am very upset on the lack of order status communication and that older mid 2021 orders seem to be more and more delayed. I have even got back signature verification that was never processed and just received one back that was graded but no signature verification. I am very leery of sending adding comics in the future unless these serious customer communication issues will ever be resolved. I also received an order back that the entire order was never pressed and only graded. I was only charged for the grading. The communication is non existent. I had communicated issues thru representatives and was given assurances that my comics would be pressed and they never were. | ||

| @comicsforme - LOL, maybe you didn't get the gist of my post, but 12 of my 14 submissions that were delivered in early & mid July and 1 of my 11 that that was delivered in early June still show "In Pressing". One point being, while my postings are reflecting a lot does get updated on the dashboards, not all is being updated yet. That being said, @SteveRicketts has basically confirmed to us that our 2021 submissions that were delivered in June, July, and August are in the grading room even though our dashboards do not reflect that. |

| @SteveRicketts Hello Mr. Ricketts, my question isn't actually about pressing, but unfortunately you seem to be the one reliably helpful and reachable CBCS employee (that I am aware of at least). Could you please let us Canadians know the current definition of "Ship to Canada"? My order switched to "Ship to Canada" on August 2 or 3. I emailed customer service on August 16 for further details. Since the status update I have not received any updates, emails, tracking numbers, dashboard updates or packages. I believe that orders submitted through the Oakville location were once batched together after grading for shipping back across the border, and redistributed thereafter. With the closure of the Oakville location I do not know what to expect. Is a month in the "Ship to Canada" status normal these days? My question is in general, but if knowing my specific order helps with the answer it is 21-22620A4. Thanks. |

Would you mind checking on the following orders that went for press and grading (slow track): 21-2C6E2CE (August 9, 2021) 21-35B7141 (September 24, 2021) 21-38226CA (October 6, 2021) The first has signature verification, so that probably slowed it down. The second two are part of a signing, so the timing of that also probably affects TAT. Knowing that it's not a guarantee - do you have any estimate on when I would expect these to complete or would you prefer to not offer one (which is understandable)? Thanks! |
