So I should assume my books are in the Grading waiting queue. I'm not even trying to figure out the TAT for grading. | ||

| Just looking for a general update on my orders. And what I should expect going forward. Order numbers and dates are as follows. -21-3A3F7FE created Oct 17th 2021, received by CBCS Oct 20th. Services purchased: Pressing, Grading and VSP. At time of purchase turnaround time for all services was 8 months. Based on turnaround time posted on the CBCS website. Expected return would be Mid- June 2022. -21-43BE979 created Dec 3rd 2021, received by CBCS Dec 7th. Services purchased: Pressing, Grading. At time of purchase turnaround time for all services was 12 months. Based on turnaround time posted on the CBCS website. Expected return would be early Dec 2022 If this is no longer the case. What is a reasonable approximate date that I should expect these orders returned. Thank You! |

| @Rinova - Tough to say. 4 of my 11 of my submissions that were delivered to MCS on June 8th have been completed. No doubt there was a new surge in March/April of people getting in ahead of the price increase, prompted CBCS in increase the estimated TAT. I suspect us with 2nd & 3rd qtr 2021 lower tier submissions will be ahead of the estimated TAT while 4th qtr 2021 and 1st/2nd qtr 2022 submissions may actually see that extended TAT. Keep an eye on the rest of my 7 June 8th submission updates. You will probably get yours back sometime before are completed or shortly thereafter. @Wizardrex - Based upon my June 8th submissions, one might think you would have them back this year. However, if the updated TAT estimates are indeed accurate based on the possibility of a surge that I referenced and the wide adoption of the new Express services, then you would be looking at late 2023. Hopefully not, as I have some 4th qtr 2021 and 1st qtr 2022 submissions also. |

| @SteveRicketts hello juat reaching out here to see if you could assist or offer advice.. I have emailed have ticket numbers and emailed billing as well I know I wasn't able to select the speed for pressing jist wo during if there is anyway to fix it as I ha ent been able to get a hold of a Yonex and pay the additional $$ epically if it just got bummed up to the express plus speed thst I selected for grading or if I'm jist stuck waiting the x amount of time for a standard pressing option. Also which would be better going forward should I just do a paper form submission for pressing if needed? | ||

| @Kinsella5 My dashboard did the same thing4 MI September order with Fastpass. When I email customer service they just email me back saying that it's been moved from pressing into pre grading. Perhaps and just maybe you're out of the pressing room and into the grading room and it's not updated. | ||

| @starlord I am more disappointed than upset seeing that the TAT at the time was around five months or so and now approaching twelve months. I guess I am just more concerned about the books they currently have of mine since a large batch of my signature series books arrived in heavily scratched cases and customer service has been silent on the subject. Delays are one thing, flawed cases should never have made it past the QC department. I suspect the June order did move to Grading and the dashboard glitched, I am confident they will get finished soon, how the cases will be when they arrive is up in the air. Hopefully everything gets worked out sooner rather than later. | ||

| Since my remaining June 8th delivered Press submissions are near completion, and because I believe the TAT's on the Main page are still errantly inflated, in order to continue to give some intel on actual movement, I will post updates on my remaining Press submissions which were delivered to CBCS between June 21st, 2021 and Feb 24th, 2022. I will update as I see dashboard updates or received emails. The dates listed below are the actual dates delivered to CBCS, NOT the Invoice date as the invoice date has NO baring on the estimated TAT's. TAT's start 1-2 business days after delivery.
