| @Cerebus3000 June was indeed a big month for submissions. July was a little lighter. The good news is that Pressing has been hiring, training, and expanding which is ramping up our volume. Our plans are to have our employee count doubled and equipment tripled from where we are currently by July/August of this year. I want the pressing turnaround to eventually be down to 12 weeks for regular submissions and make that number maintainable going forward. CBCS has been hiring and expanding exponentially over the last year in ALL departments. The past several months have seen an even more incredible push for expanse, which is not going to stop for the foreseeable future. Just know that with all the people being hired, it takes a while for them to be trained to the point they are self sufficient and have the ability to significantly impact the volume we produce. I'm very excited by what's going on behind the scenes at CBCS. We have some amazing things coming over the next few months. Many things that have been a long time in the works. I know there is a lot of frustration, and I understand. Believe me, we want you to get your books back too, and I'm optimistic that we will have the pendulum swinging in the other direction very soon. Sorry for unloading, but I know you guys want to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. There is. Be optimistic. I certainly am because I know what's coming. |

| Hey Steve, My order number is 21-2C930D1. I went to Torpedo Con in July 2021 and submitted two books to be graded that were signed at the con. I have tried contacting the company but the customer service number only lets me leave a message. I was told in July at the con that the turn around time would be about 3 months, it is now 9 months. Is there a way anyone can give me an update on my books? It would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to possibly submit more books in the future but I am on the fence due to the lack of customer service and questionable turn around times. Thanks. -Bill |

| @Rinova - Press screen won't add any to TAT. I believe Steve Ricketts mentioned that all orders through June have been pressed. 4 of my June 8th delivered submissions still do not reflect that they have moved to grading. So, as has been mentioned before, the Dashboard is not regularly updated. | ||

| Just looking for a general update on my orders. And what I should expect going forward. Order numbers and dates are as follows. -21-3A3F7FE created Oct 17th 2021, received by CBCS Oct 20th. Services purchased: Pressing, Grading and VSP. At time of purchase turnaround time for all services was 8 months. Based on turnaround time posted on the CBCS website. Expected return would be Mid- June 2022. -21-43BE979 created Dec 3rd 2021, received by CBCS Dec 7th. Services purchased: Pressing, Grading. At time of purchase turnaround time for all services was 12 months. Based on turnaround time posted on the CBCS website. Expected return would be early Dec 2022 If this is no longer the case. What is a reasonable approximate date that I should expect these orders returned. Thank You! |

| @Rinova - Tough to say. 4 of my 11 of my submissions that were delivered to MCS on June 8th have been completed. No doubt there was a new surge in March/April of people getting in ahead of the price increase, prompted CBCS in increase the estimated TAT. I suspect us with 2nd & 3rd qtr 2021 lower tier submissions will be ahead of the estimated TAT while 4th qtr 2021 and 1st/2nd qtr 2022 submissions may actually see that extended TAT. Keep an eye on the rest of my 7 June 8th submission updates. You will probably get yours back sometime before are completed or shortly thereafter. @Wizardrex - Based upon my June 8th submissions, one might think you would have them back this year. However, if the updated TAT estimates are indeed accurate based on the possibility of a surge that I referenced and the wide adoption of the new Express services, then you would be looking at late 2023. Hopefully not, as I have some 4th qtr 2021 and 1st qtr 2022 submissions also. |
