	@smohcomic I believe the guy in charge of Canada is Steve Paulus. I don't know his handle. I would try emailing customer support. If you've tried to no avail, I'd ask a moderator or employee to see if they can tell you what their direct email / forum name is.

	Grades are in!! My Pressing book went down a grade which is odd but I'm satisfied with my other books actually two whole grades, guess that's the last raw book I'm buying from metropolis . It was listed as a 6.5.....ugh

	@Bronte a little disappointed about my daredevil book even with a press went down 2 grades . I honestly think that it was a lower grade when I bought it and the press didn't do much for it.

	Pressing is not a guarantee. Hence future submissions you may want to consider a press screen. For what its worth, I had a book screened and previously graded by CBCS come back the same grade. It sucks, but stuff happens and I chalked it up to a small loss, compared to some of the HUGE wins some of the pressed books they fixed.
