Question about an “art” slab!10311

| So i bought a blank cover that has been drawn on in ink by an artist who primarily operates out of an Instagram page. There wasn’t a way of a witness verifying that, so am i not eligible to get it slabbed as art? Also, the art is incredibly specific and i’m going to get it signed by someone this weekend at a convention. If i take a witness with me for the signature, but don’t have anything for the drawing on the cover, what can i submit it under that still verifies the signature? | ||

| Thank you! I was just curious about the grading options given the weird situation of having one thing witnessed and one thing not witnessed. I’ll make sure to ask at the CBCS booth on Sunday to be extra sure | ||

| I have a sketched blank from a local guy who even sent in the CBCS paperwork saying that he did it. I assume he isn't in their database at all, so it came back as a generic blue art slab. I didn't have the additional signature part of your situation though. | ||
