| I will be going to this 2nd year event at the Philly Convention Center on Saturday (Tomorrow). It is put on by the same folks that put on the NYCC. If anyone want to meet up hit me up on instant message. Just an FYI Jim Steranko will be the headline artist there. | ||

My haul for today: a couple of prints and a signature from Jim Cheung, who was a super nice guy  A couple signatures to complete my X-Men triumvirate (I got 51 signed a couple years ago), and another 20 minutes of Steranko stories  And a couple signatures from Rick Leonardi, who was nice but less outgoing than the other guys. A point for Leonardi: he didn't charge for signatures and didn't know what grading was.  |

I was supposed to pick up a couple of sketch covers from a local guy at the convention today, but apparently he had a leak in his office after a storm and it ruined all the stuff he was working on. I felt bad for him, but he gave me a couple of free prints while he remakes them. Unrelated to the con, I got an eBay purchase in today too. Uncanny 113, not in great condition but has a John Byrne sig on the splash. Pretty cool because I'm not going to get that any other way.  |

| Today was beyond packed for what I thought Sunday would be like. The morning was as busy as expected because Tom Holland had his panel first thing, but people kept coming in throughout the day. I talked with a number of artists and vendors and they were all really happy with the con this year. I chatted with @obiwan1971 for a bit and heard about his busy booth schedule. He was one of the vendors who was here this weekend and last year and was happy with the traffic and how much better it was. I also picked up a commissioned sketch from Barry Kitson. It'll be on my wall as soon as I can get my wall started (and it comes back from slabbing).   |

| I had a much better time than East Coast. Part of it is that I was at Keystone for all three days and so my time was much more relaxed, but it was also just better run. No massive lines, except for Tom Holland, and they sold tickets for him (of course). Everyone was happy and in a good mood that I saw. I just kinda wish it wasn't run by ReedPop so that it wouldn't be CGC exclusive. Even then, CBCS gave me AW authorization so I could take care of myself. I'm dropping a package in the mail this morning. | ||
