@sborock For all the times I've seen that cover, I've never before noticed the ring has a vulture in it.

I think that if I was grading comics for a living, it'd be a comic from the 40's, 50', 60's or 70's that I'd never seen before.

@sborock I have a question for you (change the scale a bit)...

What are some of your favorite covers that you have NEVER physically held that you look forward to hitting your grading desk?

Not one in the time that I have graded for both companies. I am very lucky to have the life I lead.

Not surprising, but I figured there has to be at least one. LOL

You are a very fortunate indeed.

I think I would be thrilled to see a high grade Spanish language EC from Export Newspaper Service, Inc. (published in the U.S.)

Something like Corsario #6.

Their publications seemed to be pretty rare.

@sborock Nice! And her second cover overall. Not in bad shape, but a few obvious flaws.

Was so disappointed a few years ago when mine came back with slight professional color touch.

@Steverogers11 Me too. Was very disappointed when DC canceled the Detective Before Batman hardback. Always been curious about reading more of those old stories. I've been in the hobby almost 35 years and doubt I've seen more than half of the first 26 issues.

I recall seeing stacks of this issue, so very many in top shape. At one point it was ostensibly overlooked as just a fill-in issue. This copy certainly looks worthwhile eh?

That's one I never got around to getting. There were always so many it just seemed like something that would be available for pennies if I ever chose to pick one up.

Ah well. Hardly my first or last collecting mistake.
