@sborock - My kinda cover signature, not overly intrusive and my kinda genre!

Note to owner - I would be very interested in buying or trade.

For a brief second I thought that might be my Star Wars 1 but mine is sans signature so no go!

I met Chaykin several years ago at a big convention and we just got to talking for like an hour about everything but comics. Super great guy. Before I left, I pulled out SW 2 for him to sign. He shook his head and said he regretted not putting more effort into it and doing a better job on it. He said "Who knew it was going to become what it became, though?" He said the editors would just throw them random movie adaptations to do back then and they just didn't put as much effort into those as the regular titles.

I have numerous books I've sent in that made it into this thread. Always shocked, surprised and honored when they do. I'm about to send in another batch soon, and hopefully one or two make it in here again. I think it's usually the more unique or obscure books we don't see too often, that make it in here, most of the time.

"the more unique or obscure books ..." is exactly why this is my favorite topic of the forum. I don't need to see another GSX1, but a Western Killers or Air Fighters that is great stuff that I see nowhere else.

@martymann Well, they're all already awkwardly close to one another. Put Johnny in there and the Atom would have to sit on his lap.

Partially split spine, I'd have done what this owner has done and sent it in without a press

Justice League of America #64 was my first Justice League comic. It came with one of the DC 4-packs sold in the grocery stores.

Both Batman #204 and Justice League of America #64 were the first comics I read that had the story concluded in the next issue (At about 10 years old, this was a big deal!!).
