Daredevil 169, 170, and 171. After getting 168 back from CBCS and seeing the lot as a whole, I'm going to say issues could be VF- although I think they are mostly a bit better. Three issues, $40.      |

Ending the Daredevil run on kind of a down note. 178, 179, 180, and 181. Whoever had these before me put 178 in the bag with the back corner folded down, so it's creased pretty well. 181 also looks like it got soaked at some point; it's stained and has rusty staples. But still a perfectly readable copy of the death of Elektra; I flipped through it. 179 and 180 are in line with the rest of the batch and so should be in the VF or better range. $25.        |

What If #10, first Jane Foster as Thor. I'm not as familiar with grading the square-bound books; there's some wear on the back that seems to just be pressing from the interior staples. There's also some on the front. But I guess I would put it at around a FN. $50.      |

Big(ger) run of New Mutants, issues 1 through 19 except for number 2. Grades are varied; you might be able to zoom in on the stickers for some of them to see what I think individual issues came in as. #1 is probably a FN+ or VF-, and otherwise they are mostly in the VF to NM- range. Issues 10, 11, and 16 are newsstand. Issue 1 is the second appearance of most team members, 3 is first appearance of the Demon Bear, 8 is the first appearance of Amara Aquilla who officially joins as Magma in 13, 9 is first appearance of Selene, 13 is the first appearance of Doug Ramsey, 14 is the first appearance of Illyana as Magik, 16 is the first appearance of James Proudstar (future Warpath) and a number of Hellions, 18 is the first appearance of Warlock and the first Bill Sienkiewicz work on the series. There are a lot of first appearances is what I'm saying. I had hoped to hold on to these until the movie came out, but who knows when/if that will happen now so on the list they go. 18 issues, $100.  |

Big(gish) run of New Mutants. Issues 7 to 16. These are generally the less nice copies compared to the previous lot but that's really only an issue for 7 and 9. The rest are still around VF. Issues 8, 9, and 10 are newsstand.
