| I ordered a book signed and remarked from them.. they sent a signed no remark CGC graded book.. The first picture will show my order, the second what I received.. the third picture is what their selling now on there web site now,, I contacted them and they said what I received was what I ordered. I questioned my order saying it states remarked edition.. I got no remark. they stated that the remarked wording pertained to the paper the cover was made of.. I questioned the wording again and said this was a typical bait and switch method.. They stated I got what I ordered and if I wanted it remarked to send them the book and another $100.00 and they would have it remarked.. when I ordered this I did not see any add on charges for remarks Personally I think they made a mistake with the wording but won't stand behind it.. i'm in business and manufacture and sell retail and wholesale.. If I screw up I eat my mistake and keep my customers happy.. Lesson learned I guess...but I'm disappointed.. Was the price a little low.. yes but I thought they were running a special remarked edition.. They do have specials all the time for their Unknown editions.. I kind of liked Unknown Comics.. but now I have a bad taste and will go somewhere else.. Ps.. they never offered a option to return for a refund..    |

| I've never had much luck with these guys. I had a similar issue, I ordered A and got B and to correct the issue they offered C. | ||

| I have yet to read anything great about Unknown on the forums, so I don't plan to order from them. I think the best things have been "met expectations" or "they made it right". Neither inspire confidence. | ||

| @VaComicsGuy I almost exclusively collect signed/sketched comics (as far as grading goes, at least) and this is the first and only time I’ve seen “remark edition” used to refer to the paper stock of a cover. | ||

| @dielinfinite Lets sell a signature series certified 9.8 book and when people complain, we can tell them they can use the book for that. My son was planning to place an order with Unknown this weekend. Think I'm going to tell him to pass. |

| I received an e-mail today about my Captain Marvel Carnigized Virgin book from Comics Elite... - Captain Marvel Carnagized is being REPRINTED!! There was major damage through out the runs and our friends at Unknown Comics caught the printing error and asked for a reprint. We're expecting all the books by the end of August. 1:25 Ratio variants arrived and will be shipping this week. |

| Thanks guys. The wording was the problem.. I agree.... but thinking I was getting a remarked book kind of bummed me out. I still don’t recall that there was a choice of characters for the actual remarked books.. Oh well. I’m still not pleased though. @JustThatGuy so if I get a few buds and cut out harley’s Butt roll it up Then put fire to it. I’ll be a lot happier 🤪  |
