Thank you. It was a fun collection to build. The early 15 price editions are tough to find. I'd imagine I'm going to be searching for that #8 for quite some time.

P.S. how the heck are you're books in such great shape? there were no bag and boards at some point in your collecting life?

This is one of my all time favorite pre-code EC covers.

The book isn't too expensive, but it's definitely a key for me.

Nice copy! I have five copies of this book, but unfortunately finding high grade copies of this book back in the late 80s and 90s was hard so I wound up buying low grade copies (GD to VG copies).

This book took me about two years to find. It was a "grail" for me since every show I went to that was THE book I was looking for. As far as the "most expensive" book in my collection, it's not in that category, but it's definitely a book I spent a lot of money for.

This is the first print copy and is estimated to have a print run of 80-100 copies.

Here’s a better realized image of a book recently acquired at SDCC. Taken with my iPad of the book from the prior page with the broken link is now fixed (8.5 Chicago pedigree, nice PQ)...

The second Marvel Mystery was also acquired at SDCC...

I guess packed in cardboard boxes over the years preserved them.

the list of people I hate because their life is so much better than mine.

but regarding the comics, i have always kept mine in bags, boards and boxes but since i live in the desert my pages always co off-white, so i am guessing that you live in an area where the climate is friendly to comics.

Great collection!! (still angry).

Good point. Also, the drill bit should just melt once it touches Toro.

Someone mentioned runs. There are two for me. The TTA run have 53 books out of 101.
Next my flash run but I'm really only focused on the Rogue villain appearances.

One of my favorite characters is the Sub-mariner so I have these books bought about 10 years ago.

@southerncross love the flash run! Working on one myself. Showcase 8 makes the rogues run tricky! And for some reason 122 is hard to come by in high grade it seems

Thanks. Not picked up a showcase yet. Had a opportunity to get a showcase 8 a few years ago but it was low grade, high priced and color touched. So I bought a Avengers 1 instead. Cheaper and came back a 6.5 cgc blue label.

I think these are it.

For the record, these were some of the books at the store when I bought my X-Men 1. That was an awesome collection. I only have 2 pics but there were so many keys. Unfortunately, some dealer swooped in a few days later and bought everything.
