Bags and boards are the easy and obvious part. Boxes are harder

I've never seen Treasury Size collector boxes. You can make do with other collector boxes.

Collector "short" boxes actually come in a few different sizes. You want the longer version of the short box for comics. The outside of the box will be about 17" long (deep), inside about 15.5". Since Treasuries are about 14" long and their width no greater than the height of a standard comic book (10-10.5 inches), Treasuries fit nicely if stored on their spines. That is to say horizontally, not vertically.

Magazine and graded comic book boxes can be used as well, but both will have more "excess" space.
Space not used/filled by Treasury size books. You can live with the unuesed space or fill the left over space with magazines or graded books. I personally use Magazine boxes, since there are few Treasuries that are oversize and bigger than normal.

First trick is finding a bag that fits.
What I did for my oversized/treasury comics is measure out what size my bag is and cut out a rough backing board out of cardboard.

Make sure it fits; place it in the bag for a dry run. Remember, when you have the comic in the bag with the backing board, it will take up more room.

Next, I covered the cardboard with real backing boards. You can tape or glue them to the cardboard. Trim if needed.

Then, insert in the bag.

Finally, carefully insert your oversized comic. The cardboard adds much needed stiffness.
