| I've been told that there will be an email coming out about this. The guarantee is that your books will be graded and slabbed in six weeks after arrival in Dallas. The time starts the first business day after it is received in Dallas. If you mail in and tracking says they got your package on a Tuesday, then Wednesday would be the official day that it was received. If you submit at a con, it will take a few days for the comics to reach Dallas and the official received date would be next business day. So if you drop books off at a con on a Friday, your official received date would probably be the next Tuesday or Wednesday, possibly Thursday. This is regardless of when they actually get entered as received on the dashboard. If CBCS does not meet the deadline, your books will be graded for free. You will still be charged shipping (and presumably VSP charges if there are any) but not for grading. As soon as I get an email, I'll post it here. If anyone else gets the email before me, feel free to share it here. | ||

| @Jesse_O - Not another promo! LOL The 10 comics that I mailed last Friday for the Fireworks2019 promo were delivered to CBCS today. They will probably be entered into the system tomorrow. I am interested to see if my Invoice will show the 10% discount. It will also be interesting to see when I get the email for this promotion, since it started yesterday, and no one has received it yet. |

| @esaravo LOL!!! Yeah, they posted this on the CBCS Comics Facebook page and in the CBCS Comic Collectors Club yesterday. I waited to see if anyone would share it here and when no did, I went ahead and posted it. Since I was curious about what would happen if they didn't meet the deadline, I reached out to a friend of mine that is a CBCS employee. He said that an email should have gone out about it. So, that's being looked into now. Hopefully they will get that figured out!! LOL!! |

| @nikki666666 CBCS has always gone by the date postmarked on the package if you mail it in. If you drop off at a CBCS booth at a con, the date you drop it off has to be by the deadline. | ||

| @nikki666666 I'm trying to get confirmation that the guarantee is good for international orders. Personally, I don't see why it should not be as long as it is mailed from the submitter direct to CBCS and back the same way. It always seems that things get messed up when there is another party involved, with the exception of most facilitators. I'll make sure to share here when I get official confirmation. | ||

| @nikki666666 I got the official word. "Yes ! The promo works for international orders too. They need to come directly to Texas not the Canadian hub and must be postmarked by July 31st. It must be written on the submission form and the six week turn around starts the day we receive until it is out of our possession." @Ladic It states in the promo that it does include Verified, but not pressing. It sounds as if you can't combine the two. But I will check on that also. @the420bandito They always go by business days. So this would be a total of 30 business days. It used to be that the large con dates (like Thursday and Friday of SDCC) were not counted as business days. I'm not sure if that has changed or not. |

| I just received clarification from CBCS on a couple things. @Ladic The promo cannot be used in connection with pressing. If you get pressing done, there will be no guarantee honored in regards to grading TATs. @the420bandito Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of Federally recognized holidays. They no longer count some con days off. @Gaard No. This is for the Modern, Expanded and Consumer tiers. |
