Does anyone have experience meeting Larry Hama at a con? I hear he is fun to talk with and look forward to meeting him this weekend. What does he normally charge per signature? Thanks in advance!

He's a nice guy, was pretty conversational with me when I met him a few years back...First book was free, I think it was either $2 or $5 for each item after that.

Does anybody have his con schedule? I've looked but everything I've seen was mostly last year and a couple from earlier in the spring. I've got a G.I. Joe 1 and 2 that I would like to get signed.

He'll be at East Coast Comic Con this weekend - and he's almost always at New York Comic Con in the fall.

He was great, but is personalising the sigs. I'd rather not see my own name on a book, but this was the only option a few months ago.

I had him sign my GI Joe #1 two years ago at Terrific Con in Connecticut. He was very personable and inexpensive (maybe a $5 donation?), and did not personalize his signature.![]() |
