I just got this in, used ebay earnings on this too. I got the idea of selling what I don't love to purchase what I do love. So here's this

Getting a higher grade x men 94 is tricky, that solid black cover shows every spot and crease like a flag...even a 5.0 is nicer than most you see.....

Origin of Blade and 3rd appearance. Picked this up before movie hype drives it up after the SDCC casting announcement.

Just got these in the mail, but I was in CT Monday, MD on Tuesday, VA this morning; (work) but now I'm back home. So my mail was backed up with comics.

First appearance of Throg!

Throg's origin was retold in this comic; variant cover (one of my favorites).

This is a weird character, "The Jack of Hearts."

These three are from Keld's recent flash sale. Thx Keld.

@BrianGreensnips, where do they have "live comic book auctions", I've never heard of such a thing.

@GanaSoth what you doing in CT (my stomping ground)? Hit any good shops?

I don’t quite get the lack of affection for TT12 2nd print. It’s a great recoloring of the first print, and I believe the print run significantly less. The price the 1st print demands alone should push this book past $10.

I used to have 3-4 extra copies, but sold them all before the 1st print took off again. Kept one that looks 9.8. Wish I had kept them.

I guess sometimes you can predict what people want...

@Drogio your home State of CT is beautiful. I had to go to Bantam @ Twenty 2 Wallpaper to work on a customer's LX1500 (HP large format latex printer/press).

Only comic shop I hit up this trip was Velocity Comics in Virginia.

These are great! They have them on Wednesdays and Saturdays about once a month. They include an on line proxy bids which do win a lot of the bids. I also won a cool Blackhawk framed painting for $12.50. wow! I forgot to take a photo of it.
It is at a place in Livonia, Mi. They are selling a large collection from one collector and I guess they have a couple more auctions of his stuff. Apparently there is a batch of Golden Age books coming up soon. I will be in house for that for sure.

Got a couple more things in the mail today.

The wwbn 33 was in better condition than I thought...the swamp thing was advertised as 5 to 5.5...I think that's off. It's got pretty significant water damage....still. it's a book I wanted for a while.

Highlights from my monthly MCS mail call.

The HP Lovecraft is a THICK digest sized book. It is printed in english but is printed in a Japanese style where you read from the right to the left and from back to front. It should make for an interesting challenge one night!!! LOL!!

The Rocky & Bullwinkle cover is limited to 350.

The Spawn is #298 and I'm really loving these virgin covers!!

Can't all be keys. Was on the fence for a while, but decided to put an Alpha Flight run together. Finished Squadron Supreme mini, plus some Batman books I had as a kid but can't find anymore.
