My brother sent me this werewolf by night 32 and I just can’t believe it. The seller claims it high grade (in his opinion) and says that as you can see there’s distribution ink around the edges. It’s already going for 450. Is someone about to be scammed? I think there’s water damage. What else would cause that ink to bleed through like that.   |

| Looks like someone spilled their calligraphy ink. But seriously though, that looks like a return distributor mark; the book was returned for credit & should of been destroyed. |

| Maybe I’m crazy, but there is no way I’d pay $450 for a Moon Knight book with that kind of damage. No way that is high grade. VG at best. | ||

| @infinityG I thought so to. I guess it is in the eye of the beholder haha. @GanaSoth is distributors ink just to much ink that was applied? I have never heard of this before. And wouldn’t that still hurt the grade of the book because it is damaged. You can see wrinkles like it got water damage in the bottom left corner. |

| That is definitely a "returned" book with newsstand distribution spray ink. The book should have been returned and destroyed. CGC hammers staining and other structural defects. The ink stains will count as a defect and effect grade. | ||

| High grade is relative. I've gotten away with some distributor spray, but that's a lot and will take a pounding. However, people want this book, so the going price on it at this time isn't surprising. | ||

| @kaptainmyke thank you for clarifying that the ink does indeed causes the book to come down in value. I wasn’t sure about printing errors like this. It’s been something I can’t put my finger on. @Studley_Dudley I know it’s a valued book. I spent all my over time money on one for my brothers wedding present haha. But I would think of getting one that didn’t look like this does. It’s just an eye sore with that ink. |

| @bige31 Totally agree with you. I've been looking for one from time to time but with the way the prices are right now, I'm going to hold off. I don't see the price going down in the near future, but a boy can dream. I figure I can put my money towards a different key for a character/title that is more up my alley. My two copies of ASM 101 both have a lot of spray, but not to that degree. | ||

| @Studley_Dudley I totally agree with you. I thought I overpaid but clearly my brother got the better deal with how much this book has climbed haha. There’s a fine line between buying a book for value vs investigating in a character or book you truly enjoy. It’s a constant mind game for me. | ||

| So was looking at more werewolve by night 32 and found this A 9.4 from China singed by Stan lee   Funny thing is I found another listing on eBay with the same pictures. The China listing stole all the pictures from this user and used them as their own. This China nonsense has to stop.   |
