Ok, that's what I suspected. I'll give it a few more weeks and I'm sure it will show up. Thanks for replying!

I am over 8 weeks and still waiting. The TAT at the top of the page is bullsh*t. It will probably be closer to 10 weeks by the time I finally get them.
Any CBCS employee going to change that TAT?

CBCS received 4 for the VSP on June 14, they shipped back TODAY with all 4 passing the sig verification. Very nice!

1) The 6 week TAT listed is for U.S. submissions. As stated on the CBCS Canada page TAT for Canadian orders is 8 weeks.

2) The first batch of orders processed through the Oakville facility is on it's way back there now so you should be seeing them shortly.

Tim - as has been noted elsewhere in the forum, the yellow banner at the top of the CBCS Canada page stays the same as the banner on the general cbcscomics.com home page. So maybe somewhere on the Canada page it says 8 weeks, but the bright shiny thing you see first says 6.

Hey Tim just a suggestion, but maybe y’all should just take down the banner for TAT all together👍. It might help avoid all the complaints🤷‍♂️. Me personally I’m good take y’all time to make sure it’s done right 😎. But to avoid all this just take it down it not helping CBCS to have the banner up 👍

I agree with pulling the banner. My books were logged May 15, normally I’d just let it ride, my last order took 7 months for modern no perks. However, seeing the banner, my books (moderns) are on 7 weeks, WITH fast pass, no vsp or pressing. I think the banner adds additional and unnecessary frustration. I’d rather it be a surprise if the books showed up in 6 weeks or less.

There are lots of posts in the past asking what the TAT is, when was the TAT last updated, etc. I think the banner is a good thing. But it obviously has to be accurate, and it has to be in the right place (i.e., not at the top of the Canada page unless it's the Canada TAT).

So, as of today, is it fair to say, for U.S. expanded and consumer tier submissions, pressing service is generally 8 to 10 weeks, and grading is generally 6 weeks?

The pricing page says pressing is 10-12 weeks right now, which fits with the lack of movement on an order of mine from April (~11 weeks).

during hero’s con! Turned in 79 books and only 57 are showing!! 22 are unaccounted for 🤷‍♂️. It just makes me worry because 3 of out of 25 books being pressed are already showing and paid for ?????

I wouldn't complain. 6 books were turned in for me at Lost Nation Comic Con (on June 1st) and they're not even in my dashboard yet. When I call customer service, I'm told "don't worry, we have them, it's just taking longer than usual to enter books into the system."

It bugs me a little you submitted at a con two weeks later and your books are on your dashboard (good for you, but not for me.)

I got a nice reply to a PM I sent to SteveRicketts, and per that exchange, I won't panic until next week if they're not in my dashboard.

At least you know they've GOT your books - I'm over a month out and the dashboard is still empty. I'll try to maintain my composure until next Friday, at which point if they're not showing as in processing I will probably start to panic. Plus, my card hasn't been charged yet, so that's another concern.

i just can’t understand how my whole order of 79 books was submitted at the same time and only half of it has been uploaded to my dashboard and payed for? That makes no sense at all!!?? It makes me feel like they have lost half my submissions!!! I guess I’ll have to start the claims process to get my money back for the value of the books if there not in the system by next week 🤷‍♂️!

I'll be doing the same if they're not in my dashboard by next week Friday. As I've said in my previous posts, I know VSP, pressing and grading will take a long time - but I just want to know they're in process.

Data entry isn't rocket science, even if you've got a TON of books to enter.

Ok holly guacamole freakin molly😱!! Half my order from hero’s con is already in shipping 🤗🤗🤗. 53 books headed my way by next week! I still am not seeing my pressing submission of around 25 books or so.... but hopefully that will be in system soon 🤷‍♂️. Still nice to know my modern none press is already on its way soon🤗. About 15 or so days is all it took from the time they were received and 53 books are already done! I hope that record turnaround is a good sign that %98-%99 of the books submitted are coming back 9.8 or better?👍

@Virgincollector SAAAAAWEEEEEET!!! Hope you streak is maintained. They got my first books for grading last evening and there are more in the good ol USPS system. Hopefully the wait won't be too long. I'm sure everyone understands. I spent a lot of years and coin on my collection. Sending a good chuck of it off with no visibility is rough. It's like walking around without your heart. Knowing it's still out there beating somewhere and that you will be reunited with it. But until then. Ugh...

is this supposed to be raw graded standard ??? can someone at CBCS explain to me why my raw grade came back this way🤬🤬🤬!!?? My dash board says it was graded at a 9.6 and it was supposed to have a yellow sticker because it was witnessed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! Not only that but it was sent back with the bag open and the comic just floating around with no yellow grade sticker and no Mylar WTF!!! I’m pissed. Not only that but you have art labels on slabs that shouldn’t have them 👍😱. What the heck y’all doing over there? Now I am super worried about the rest of my submission in pressing that hasn’t showed up or been payed for yet? It also makes me real worried about another book that was submitted in Vancouver this past weeks. Man y’all got my defibrillator for my heart making noises 😱😱! Y’all really need to fix this issue please

CBCS really kicking arse on TAT.

11 Moderns with Authentic Signatures delivered to CBCS on Tuesday June 25. Books shipped today. Three weeks. Interesting too is that CBCS still hasn't "fixed" the problem of receipt date. When I look at my dashboard, it shows the receipt date for the books as June 21. But CBCS did not actually receive the books until June 25. So if you don't pay attention, you might think CBCS was a bit slower than they actually are.

I hope collectors and dealers are paying attention to this. These are better TAT's than CGC. Way, WAY better on the inexpensive older tiers. Value Fast Track is at CGC is more $$ and slower than Regular Expanded & Consumer from CBCS. Regular Value is like four months. CBCS six weeks

Don't stress the pressing.

I was beside myself for 46 days because nothing showed up in my dashboard. My six books showed up as "submitted" on the 16th (two days ago) and when I called today, I was told they are in grading and signature verification now (talked to a nice guy named Aaron). Apparently, books don't always appear in the dash until they're back from pressing, or some such.

If what people are saying in this thread holds true for me, I might even get these books back sooner than expected!

@Paint_Monk I get a little feisty when the timeline changes for no good reason. When I sent in my books ~13 weeks ago, the website and everything else made it sound like pressing was at 10-12 weeks. Then Ricketts says that they're actually at like 16 weeks. My books are on my dash, I'm not worried about them being lost or anything. I just want to set my expectations.

I know I'm not ahead of the curve because my order has press screen and I haven't been billed for anything. I guess there's some chance nothing I sent needed pressing but I would be surprised. So I guess I'm just chilling for another month before I get to experience these killer TATs.

@xkonk I don't blame you for being feisty. If you see my posts on this same page from a few days and weeks ago, I was pretty worried and more than a little frustrated. I'm a newbie, so maybe my "rookie factor" has a little to do with my apprehensions, too.

My card hasn't been charged yet either, but the CBCS rep told me today it would be charged in the next 48-72 hours. The first time I submitted a book, my card wasn't charged until it was actually shipped after they had it for 141 days, which I thought was odd.
