| June of last year??? Nope, sixteen days ago. Hoping they show up in my dashboard soon, but I'm thinking they'll be in pressing for 6-8 weeks. Will they enter them in at the pressing stage, or will I have to wait until they're received in TX for grading? |

| @Paint_Monk it will say pressing (at least on the actual PDF invoice - mine did at least) - took a loooong time for mine to change status but after pressing they zipped along pretty fast. | ||

Heck, I'm just waiting for them so show up in my dashboard as "received." As of tomorrow, it'll be 3 weeks to the day they were submitted and CBCS doesn't even have an order # for me in the dashboard.  A rep today essentially told me to "relax" and they'll be in the dashboard soon but it's taking awhile. My first submission - when they were much busier - was in my dashboard within 7 days of my submission at the con. Just nervous, I suppose, since this batch included literally ALL my key issues. |

It's when they are on the grading side information is on the web portal. Steve Ricketts is on the message boards here (scroll up and you'll see a post from him). Just message him to confirm he has your books. And then as the rep said, relax. After they are pressed they will transfer to Dallas TX for grading. Then they will be in the Dashboard. Addition: If CBCS has already confirmed they have your books, don't obsess over the dashboard. They are the pressing location. They will show up when they are at the grading location |

Ok so my 80 book submission from hero’s con is starting to trickle in. Seems like only half my order is in the system so far with only a phew hiccups so far that i see and will need to bring to there attention once the rest of my order is input into the system. But so far looks like it’s coming along nicely except for those phew things I see!!  hope to see the rest of my books on my dashboard soon |

| I had a few calls to customer service on my last order, and I was waiting for a final reply. It turns out the invoice showed them crediting my account. I suppose my point is, check intermittently your invoice, because sometimes they do not communicate as one might expect. |

| I dropped off 5 modern books with pressing and VSP at Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con. From what I've read, it looks like those types of submissions don't show up on the Dashboard until after they come back from pressing. Is that right? | ||

| I am over 8 weeks and still waiting. The TAT at the top of the page is bullsh*t. It will probably be closer to 10 weeks by the time I finally get them. Any CBCS employee going to change that TAT? |
