| I keep seeing people posting that their books are in the labels stage. How are you finding that out? Mine has just said “processing” for 4 weeks. In a email from Steve Paulus, I was told they were through grading already, the email was on May 9th. | ||

| @dielinfinite @GAC thanks for the info. I’ve read through the steps numerous times but never received an email back other than when they received the books or shipped them back. Never once in any order I’ve sent have I thought to look at the invoice button. P.s., mine are in labels now too. Can’t wait to get these back, it was a big order for me, 17 books |

| @GAC Unfortunately those emails are hit and miss. I rarely get them so I’ve created a free FedEx account which automatically adds and tracks packages sent to my address so even if I don’t get the email from CBCS I can still track my packages | ||

| @GAC - I hope my non-pressing order ships tomorrow. I also never get an email saying “Shipped,” but get the ones before that. At the advice of @dielinfinite, I got the FedEx app for my iPad. So my order should show up there when it finally leaves CBCS. | ||

| Does anyone have one of the memberships they offer? Do you feel it’s a good value for say the first paid one? I only send in books about twice a year, roughly 10-15 in an order. I see that they give you some free stuff if you do a subscription. | ||

| @Batfan77 - If you would use the coupons - meaning they are services you would use anyway, then yes. Otherwise, if you are only submitting 20-30 books per year, your membership savings on services would be less than the cost of a Bronze Membership. I have had a Bronze Membership for at least four years, and try to use the coupons (but honestly they are not services I need). But I feel that I submit enough books per year to at least break even, and you also accumulate points per each submission that can be cashed out at a later date. | ||

| Got the email today that the books are ready to be shipped, but no shipping notice from FedEx. Sneaky, sneaky CBCS - I am still hoping the FedEx email goes out today and I don't suffer the long weekend slog until I find out about my grades! Thanks, CBCS, seriously. You did a great job this time with an amazing turnaround! You guys are the best. (EDIT: Fast Pass is ABSOLUTELY worth it if you're impatient like I am.  ) |

| @Paint_Monk - I hate the "ready to be shipped" email. I am fine with waiting until I get that email. Then everyday that goes bye seems like a week! And Fridays are the worst because if it doesn't ship today, the torture continues until next week. Please don't send the "ready" email CBCS, just the "shipped" one! Sometimes it's better not to know. | ||
