| @Masochism I believe the dashboard reads the date that the invoice was filled out. So if you mailed in your submission, the received date is later. You should have received an email from CBCS when they got it. That's the date to go by. And last I heard, they are looking into improving that so that the date when they receive it is also on the dashboard. | ||

| @Jesse_O Well You get charged after the receiving email. I just checked, the Order Received email came in on Feb 27th. As I stated above I was charged on March 3rd. So that's the timeline for my order. | ||

| @MutantMania Orders will say “Processing” until they are preparing for shipping. My order in Grading says it’s “processing.” Be sure you’re looking in the right place for status info They’re also not strictly First In First Out. Tim did a post a while back that explains it a little bit. I’ll see if I can find it later |

| So I'm in a pickle of financial trouble. I sent some books to get graded and they are marked recieved, but murphys law slapped me in the face. So here is the question. Since my books are at cbcs can I down grade my books to get raw grades and polybagged versus being slabbed? I know it's a stretch but I am in bind. | ||

| @starlord That is possible, depending on where the books are in the process. You can try sending a direct message to either @sborock or @Darryl_H, send an email to customerservice@cbcscomics.com, or start a new ticket in the Customer Service Portal to make the request. Be sure to include the Invoice number. May I ask, do you want to move to Raw Grade because it’s cheaper than full slabbing or do you need the books back sooner to resell? |

First book ever sent to CBCS was on March 15, (Avengers 9) it's been nearly 2 months, but it says it's "Processing" so I am just waiting.  |

| Holy smokes. I had 4 books received yesterday and paid for fast pass. They went through "received", "billing" and "submitted" yesterday. Today they are in "grading". WOW that IS fast. EDIT: (As of 20 minutes ago, the invoice says they are in "Labels" ) |

"We are happy to notify you that your CBCS submission 19-26F632A has been received by the CBCS Receiving Department and is now being held in our safe, waiting to enter the grading process. Once your submission reaches the grading room, you will be notified by email. Subsequent email updates will be sent to you as your submission moves through the certification, encapsulation, and shipping processes." |
