| Hey man, thanks. Good to know. Didnt know I'd have to come on the forum to get info. You just gave me more info that they have in months. And my situation is just like everyone else's. I'm no different. I've just lost all viable income without being able to even get unemployment for some reason. Again, it's a communication issue. Seems as if the world kinda just tuned out when it comes to answers about anything. Just venting, man. Theres no bad feelings in my heart. | General question, and I apologize if I missed the answer on an earlier page. What is the current TAT for books submitted for NO press with Fast Pass? I've got 3 modern and 1 expanded being mailed in today. I've never used the fast pass option before and am curious as to how much of a difference it will make. |

| Still zero news for us Canadians waiting for shipments out of the Oakville facility, which even if they are a long time coming it would be nice to get some sort of update without having to bug customer support for info. My graded stuff has been sitting there since early February (which already I though was an odd delay, since the shut-down order wasn't issued until late March), and I could literally drive down over lunch to pick them up in person - so close, yet so far  |

| Ok. So now that my order status has been changed to shipping, how long is the general wait time before actually recieving the books? Because I'm seeing many people commenting that theirs has been "shipping" for awhile now. And since the cbcs message I got was automated, were my books graded/verified,as well, or just pressed? If they were, will grade be posted? Still unsure of what's going on with everyone's stuff. Guess I just got added to the next stop of waiting period | ||

| @Rehab1666 you can check a couple posts here for the whole process https://forum.cbcscomics.com/topic/9896/page/1/cbcs-101-a-newbies-guide/#6 But in short, the shipping email beats actual shipping by anywhere from a day to maybe a week. If your books are shipping that means that they're done, so they should be pressed, graded, and whatever else you paid for. You should get another email with tracking info when it actually ships, and that's also when you can check your grades. Since the emails are automated they don't always line up perfectly with reality, so you can also check your submission status to see if the grades are there. |

| @Masochism I believe the dashboard reads the date that the invoice was filled out. So if you mailed in your submission, the received date is later. You should have received an email from CBCS when they got it. That's the date to go by. And last I heard, they are looking into improving that so that the date when they receive it is also on the dashboard. | ||
