While CBCS’ tracking number emails are hit and miss, if the order is still on the dashboard in the “shipping” status then it has most likely not left the facility. Yes there have been instances where an order doesn’t get advanced from the Shipping status to Complete but that is less likely to occur

CBCS’ Texas office is closed until further notice so yes, there will be delays. If you have books in pressing then that could just be the backlog for pressing.

My books are currently awaiting pressing, I’ve sent a request to have them removed from the pressing office and go to be graded . Has anyone done this or know if this is possible?
