| I mailed in a submission with no fast pass with 23 books with a combination of the expanded and modern tier and somehow it's gone from received to shipping within 6 business days during the holiday season. I'm shocked and more than impressed with the turnaround since I expected my comics to arrive back to me around mid February. Looking forward to the blind unpacking. | ||

| I submitted two books as well on Nov. 28 2019 and my dashboard still shows submitted. I was starting to get nervous that the books hadn't made it to Dallas but I'm guessing there is a holiday bottleneck going on. | ||

| @nik and @Maritimer It took several weeks to have my books even show up as "received", and I took them to CBCS in person. Give it a bit before you get worried. I'm hoping my HoS #92, ToD #10 and Marvel Super Action #1 start moving through the system soon, but I was expecting at least six months start to finish. | ||

| I got my email and text saying they're on their way. As I've said before, I slabbed these mostly as novelty items (for lack of a better term), as I wanted a couple books in my 400+ Royer signed comics to show they were his file copies, and they do. The grades were exactly what I thought they'd be, 9.0 for the Kamandi #2 Double Cover (was kinda hoping the press would help, but never a guarentee), and 9.4 for the Black Panther #1. I personally don't feel I waited a very long time since I didn't do daily checks. I just let the process go, checked a few times, and here we are. So now I got that out of my system. Might be a while before I find a reason to send in books again. |

Oh my sweet lord....been in shipping for over a month but just got message from Fedex that I have a package on the way!!!Of course I won't be home so still a few days away from getting the books but still!!! June 7th finally coming home....no grades on dash though  |

| @nik That should not a problem. In the past year, I have had comics actually received by CBCS weeks and months prior to when they actually showed submitted or received on the dashboard, but they go by they go by their hand written notes when they actually took in the comics at the con or when received by the carrier. | ||

Per the CBCS site (BOLD added): "Raw Grade is a service that is an inexpensive and fast method of providing customers with independent third-party grading for comic books, magazines or treasury edition books. This service is designed for customers who are looking for a fast and reliable grade that will help these collectors assess their books without incurring the full cost associated with traditional grading and encapsulating." I feel your pain. Two months in Labels is not fast; it's unacceptable. |

| As I alluded to in a different thread, I made & shipped a submission on 12/17 (2 days before the Holiday Promo). I received it back yesterday on 1/20. Keeping in mind I am in SoCal and unlike the Promo recipients, my sub not having a guaranteed TAT, I still received it back in exactly five weeks. Factor in the shipping and CBCS has a TAT of less than 4 week on my submission. Gotta say I am pretty pleased with that. Cheers CBCS and thank you! |

| I'm at the 20 week mark with my books labeled as "received". I have to assume they are in a holding pattern for pressing, but it would be nice if the dashboard indicated this. Mine always take a while since I don't send in modern - older books seem to take longer no matter who slabs em! | ||

So my books came in and picked up, one problem with one of them. Submitted Spawn 301 virgin cover with printing errors, but on blue label it doesn't state the printing error (photo of book before submitting). Not impressed with this |

| @BronzeAgeBaby If your dash says processing then your books are there and in the system. Your dash will not change until all the work has been done. My books for VSP with press and clean were there for some 24 weeks and my dash stayed in processing until the day they were finished and ready for shipping | ||
