AOC YAY OR NAY8700

Hard pass on AOC, she is a disgrace to politics and is basically a socialist poster child for the Democrats. If you do a parody comic you have to do it right, example below!

Side note: I have this feeling that government workers would be better off under AOC or someone like her than, say, the current administration.

She has no fundamental knowledge of human history. Her socialist viewpoints are scary. I'd still like to see her do a centerfold however.

A signed one? Absolutely. CBCS has a signed Obama cover, I saw displayed on TV once. Very cool. Too late to get a Reagan’s Raiders signed

myself I admire a woman that earned her place by hard work and moving up....she is trying with her ideals and views rather than selling out for the highest bidder and I admire that about her. Aside from the communist and etc remarks this country has a largely socialist structure itself...a group funded army navy hospitals schools and even the fire station are all examples of socialistic institutions in good ole USA....
She is young and makes some mistakes yes...she is human and isn't perfect either. I still admire her efforts more than a Betty Devos or perhaps Pruitt over at the EPA....so more power to her...send me a signed copy

AOC is a huge advocate for Democratic Socialism. But in a recent interview she was asked, "what is democratic socialism?"..and her response was.. "I THINK it means.. blah blah blah blah blah...!" She publicly supports a particular cause yet has no idea what it means. AOC is a prime example of the stupid leading the stupid, and in today's society there is much power in stupidity.

I am currently looking for that interview.

Hold up AOC is a prime example of the stupid leading the stupid but Trump isn’t? Look at the polls of the education level between voters of each parties....someone said historical earlier look up recent history of the level of education of Dems vs Reps voters....its all fake news right

just my take..everyone has a perfect right to their own views...but AOC is out there trying to fix our world and country rather than sitting around a forum calling people who aren't here to defend themselves names and throwing insults. I get that some don't like here but I also feel there is a respectful way to disagree and discuss without sinking to that level....just my two cents . I am just going to leave this right here...hating people because they define their views as left or right is counter productive to what our nation was supposed to be....a melting pot of ideals, and views where everyone could be heard

If she’s ever president I think finding your next meal will be more important than the value of a comic book. Communist countries aren’t typically hotbeds for collectors of anything.

My ass will be moving to Australia, and that's not a Rosie O'Donnell promise either.

Your post is epic in irony, Doc.

Australia has universal health care. The average cost of college is $7,700 a year. Interestingly and again ironically enough, Australia's universal Health Care system is called "Medicare".

I have a several Australian customers on my mailing list. One is a medical doctor. He went to Medical school for free. He is paid a salary by the government.

So yeah....go escape socialism in Australia, mate..... In fact, to escape socialism you'll be struggling to find any sort of developed country.

Just as AOC is out there trying to fix our world, so is our president. He has worked very hard to fulfill all his campaign promises, and while I may not personally agree with everything he says and does or how he does it, I have no doubt that he is sincerely trying to do what he(and the people who voted him in)thinks is right for this country. There may be a grain of truth to the whole “fake news” thing. While I may not be as highly educated as all the people who voted against Trump, I am still smart enough to see that the media obviously has a specific agenda to do everything they can to de-legitimize Mr. Trump’s presidency. Unfortunately what they are actually succeeding at is de-legitimizing our media, which is very unfortunate.

My 27 year old son has been interested since day 1. My 25 year old daughter only has become interested in the past couple of years.

At 18, she has other things on her mind than "old people and their problems". Give her another 7-8 years and you'd be surprised at how much more worldly she will be

Very hard pass on the books. AOC is like an annoying cute little girl. You pinch her cheek and send her outside to go play. Her boundless stupidity is amazing to me. We have to get rid of farting cows to stop climate change and save the environment?

The Green New Deal...
According to an initial outline of the measure, the freshman Democrat and Sen. Edward Markey (D-Mass.) said they “set a goal to get to net-zero, rather than zero emissions, in 10 years because we aren’t sure that we’ll be able to fully get rid of farting cows and airplanes that fast.”

Here's a question for AOC, after you address factory farming (farting cows) what do you want to do about farting humans? I'm sure there are more people farting than cows. Should we ban chili and burritos? OMG!!!

I totally agree! I am not Left or Right.. I am neutral. Both sides have their propaganda issues. But if your intentions are to influence the masses, then have knowledge of the cause and the impact it will have on our society, as opposed to what a person of influence THINKS it means. That is very dangerous!

but you are doing just as you complain she is..have you spoken to HER and found out what she has to say one on one and rather than relying on sources affected by those self cited "propaganda issues" If your intention is to influence the masses here then have knowledge of her cause and impacts she claims it will have on our society and how misrepresenting others can go negativelty to do so. this is quite dangerous...and also becomes rather repetitive.

It's not fair to say "Dems" want to lower the voting age. I identify as a Dem and don't support the idea. And check snopes. It's not true that Pelosi "supports" it. She has said privately that she believes the age should be lowered. But she has never introduced or cosponsored any such legislation.

The Founding Fathers spent a lot of time debating who should vote and at what age. When the Constitutional covention of 1787 was done. far less than 1/2 the population could vote. Slaves and women were not allowed. And there was a lot of debate about if you should own property or have a certain amount of $$ to be allowed to vote. Ben Franklin won the day on the property owner thing with his "ass" example.

Today a man owns a jackass worth fifty dollars and he is entitled to vote; but before the next election the jackass dies. The man in the meantime has become more experienced, his knowledge of the principles of government and his acquaintance with mankind are more extensive, and he is therefore better qualified to make a proper selection of rulers—but the jackass is dead and the man cannot vote. Now, gentlemen, pray inform me, in whom is the right of suffrage? In the man or the jackass?

So anyway, at what age we should be allowed to vote is something reasonable people can argue. I personally like the age of 18. But then I also firmly believe if you are old enough to vote, old enough to carry a rifle and defend your country, old enough to marry, old enough to be tried as an adult if you commit any crimes - then you are old enough that every last right and privilege of citizen ship should follow. Drinking for instance.

I don't think it's unfortunate at all. He's calling them out. MSNBC, CNN and the like perpetuated the lies of collusion and obstruction. They lied to all of us! I say good for Trump. Give them hell. After the Mueller report came out, did any of the liberal media news agencies apologize? Ummm, that would be a big NO.

There might be apologies after the FULL report comes out. Like all 300 pages. Like they did with Clinton.

While it's a 4 page summary that specifically says it does not exonerate on obstruction, the apologies will wait.

you do understand he was not found innocent...the factual wording was there was not sufficient evidence to rise to criminal charges and he was precisely NOT exonerated for obstruction....and all of that from a four page day long simplification done by the attorney general right? Shouldn't we you know kinda wait for the report itself, get all the facts and then determine who deserves what apology and what was factual? imagine had the Starr report been released only to Janet Reno and she announced a four page summary...my oh my the world would have ended that very day and yet people want to run with Barrs comments?
