| One would think the early Image books would gather enough attention (like Valiant has), to increase their value....even with Jim Lee, Quesada, and Silvestri...just to name a few HARD HITTERS IN THE INDUSTRY....that made the company what it is today... ...but didn't. ..and yet we pay premiums for cover art by these folks. I would think those early books would also have lower production runs - to match in scarcity as Valiant. And the stories are good....come 0n...PITT RULES!! RIPCLAW ANYONE? *shrugs* :o) What gives? to many copy's made and horde by collectors to make them not worth anything today. also the writing was bad. peps line up at LCS to buy 2 or more copy's of these books. 20 + years later everyone got one lol. the one to buy would be the gold or plat, copy's that where made and where less copy's of them. |
