| CBCS is currently at an 8 week TAT for grading Modern Tier books that are received at our facility as of 3/20/19. We realize that many customers are still waiting for invoices they submitted months ago and they should expect them to ship soon. I am happy to say that we are getting books through our process faster so the modern books we receive today and going forward will take 8 weeks from the day they are received. Please keep in mind that pressing and VSP will add additional weeks to modern books. We still have a lot of improvements to make and we are committed to getting better every day. We appreciate your support and business. Thank you |

Thanks for that guys but Take your time. Wouldn’t want someone to rush through and make a mistake like an unfair grade! Or miss label or some other error because you guys rushed  . We can handle the wait it sucks sometimes but it’s also worth it |

| When does this 8 weeks start from...ie handed books in at a con on feb19....dashboard says received march 14? But i know they must have physically been there earlier | ||

| My books hit GRADING TODAY!.. I did make a submission at Emerald Comic Con that have not been entered but it was a mistake on my end that I have to call Customer Care on. |
