Immortal Hulk Buy or Sell(Spec/sale question)8403

Collector Enelson private msg quote post Address this user
I keep seeing every issue of immortal Hulk selling out and then selling for 10-15 online....and I just saw issue 2 sell for almost $70!!! I need to pay some bills and i was thinking of selling off the series but I was wondering what everyone's gut feeling was on this book.
Does it keep going up? Does it inevitably crash when Marvel realizes they have a series that has gone more than 13 issues?

What do y'all think- my gut says go ahead and sell and pay a bill or put it towards a key...

on a side note, guess i may have issues 1-13 for sale soon in nm condition...but not certain, seeking opinions of those that have seen "hot" books rise and fall

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I have a 1:25 variant of issue two that’s on eBay 200 ungraded 360 graded. That’s could be a bill or more books, fortunately I have multiples but the price of these books are insane to me.

I’m hanging onto mine. One of the few good series Marvel is producing these days. Don’t see it going away anytime soon...

Funny this thread was brought up. I just bought 1-13 not 10 minutes ago. I do not know one person who dislikes the series. Between this and Venom, they are the only 2 good series going (according to a lot of readers).

And I should add, that I believe it had a low print run too.

I haven't sold on ebay, but the prices for issue 2 make me want to dump my copy.

I love the Ross covers, but I cannot get into the interior art or the story.

Haha, lol. I just called my friends mom’s shop two hours away and had them add whatever immortal hulks they had to my pile. Unfortunately no 2, 3, 9, or 12

Might have to get this baby graded when cbcs comes to town in March. I’ve heard the talk, I’ll be keeping my immortals, thanks everyone

Have they done an Immortal Hulk boy/girl/kids yet? Might not be a bad idea for younger readers.

Yeah I like the book, that's not the issue, I was just shocked by the prices today.
200 towards some bills or towards my werewolf by night 32 fund seems solid right now

It is indeed amazing how quickly they have climbed..

I bought into this run thinking it was a great point to get back into hulk (after loving weapon h) and assumed the only value to be had was just going to be a fun read.

No idea multiple books would be seeing $$ increases only 12 issues in.

Absorbing man as “first appearance of third red hulk”, no joke. Not super expensive but consistently 15 bucks

I paid 115 for 1-13. Looking like a decent deal now. Turn this into the next hulk movie and $$$

Rumor or speculation that this issue is the true first app. of the one below all as it was possessing characters such as the absorbing man.

This is the issue I started with, but was able to backfill at cover except for 1 ($10) and 2 ($12) a few months ago. I haven't read any yet, but picking up,based on all the great press. Will get to reading them soon.

So many comics, so little time...

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. drchaos private msg quote post Address this user
I missed out on this book initially.

Yesterday I picked up two copies of # 1 for $12 each.

Last week I hit several comic stores to get multiple copies of Hulk # 13. I only bought the black Alex Ross cover, not the other one.

During the last two weeks I also picked up most of the other issues (not #1 or # 2) at cover price at different stores. I think I cleaned out the cover priced issues at the stores near me.

Plot Twist: as an experiment, I put up the series on ebay yesterday(1-13 and 8 bit variant #1) at $300 obo- already recieved 2 $200+ offers. Considering them, but also monitoring the madness.
I'm guessing I'd take $250, but I don't really care either way.

What's driving the hype? I agree it's a solid series, but I didnt lose my mind over it.

You have to clear your browsing data. Same for your phone if you are having issues.

I had no idea this title was seeing heat - my LCS owner turned me onto it - best Hulk since Planet Hulk.
It's against my better nature so I generally stay away from variants.

I think quality will keep this book at whatever level it eventually rises to. For now I just keep getting and reading and enjoying while it lasts!!

Issues # 2 and # 13 are both first appearances.

I have also heard the story is good but have not read it myself.
