I just got my books from SDCC back today! Looks like 9.4 is the word of the day but I still love them! Unfortunately it looks like there's an error on the Harley Quinn Special where Kelley Jones' signature isn't mentioned on the label. The Spider-Man 2099 is the first comic I remember buying. I got it at a gas station convenience store near the house I used to live. Something neat I learned. When I got it signed by Jae Lee, I had asked him to sign it using what I figured was his old signature (as seen on the cover art). He told me that when he created the original artwork, he hadn't signed it (maybe he signed the complete piece as it is a connecting cover but didn't take into account that it'd be split across two covers) so Jimmy Palmiotti had added his name to the art. He was a good sport about it and still used the signature on the art.

EDIT: Image links fixed!

Congratulations! Nice bunch of autographed books.

I'd also like to congratulate CBCS for acquiring the name San Diego Comic Con!

Very nice collection of books and sigs

I must be missing something but only a 6.0 for Batman:Harley & Ivy #3 seems very very harsh

Perhaps some of our more experienced members can enlighten me

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. xkonk private msg quote post Address this user

When in doubt, check the notes: long vertical crease back cover breaks color

This is why I so much prefer CBCS over the other guys - graders notes easily accessible by anyone so that one can make a more informed decision.

Thanks guys!

Yeah a lot of these are personal favorites so they’re not necessarily the best condition. I’m particularly fond of the Harley & Ivy covers (number 3 especially).

Great books. I would have never lasted the 7 month turn-around though. With any luck they get that under control and flourish.
