Yep, he swiped a bunch. Thats clear. So do a lot of other artists, albeit not so blatantly. But that Spiderman comparison is just weak AF. Its an iconic pose, theres only so many ways to change it up, and that one happens to be sort-of similar. Its bandwagonning at its best.

My question is now, how much of his stuff can be trusted...

If he's producing great works, but they're all swipes, how great are they really? Can a swipe still be considered great?

Learn something new. Always thought the tales was fully Romita too.

Hundreds upon hundreds of sequential artists. And inkers. And colourists. So, another useless point. Fact is, he's a really talented, skilled artist who did a really stupid thing and ripped off other guys in his work. Its inexcusable and can't be justified. But that doesn't mean he isn't skilled. But yeah, you're right about him losing fans. I don't think I'll be picking up any of his spawn covers any more.

I'd like him to list every piece he's done that he feels he did the artist wrong. He will likely not remember all of them, but he could at least make an honest effort to identify them all for the sake of his fans and future work. BTW, his cover to Batman 52 (rebirth) and Jocks Detective 871 look similar as well...At least it reminded me of that cover.

	On the topic of swipes/copies... does anyone know why the Dell'Otto variant from X-23 #1 in 2010 got reused for a variant (Unknown Comics) of X-Men Red #1 last year? It's a cool cover and all, but they're identical.

	I can see the plagiarism in the venomized Mary jane, and the dark phoneix copy he did which he was accussed of the first go round along with the Magneto. These lead to Marvel distancing themselves from him. The punisher "copy" I just dont see. It looks like alot of punisher or "generic soldier" holding a gun style pose. IMO This new accusation almost feels like trying to open up an old wound. Bleeding cool is like the comic book version of TMZ I havent taken them serious in years. All that being said people looking to dump a Dark Knights Metal 3 Virgin let me know.

	LOL! I don't buy many modern comics, but I should start collecting covers he's done. Bad publicity is still publicity. If everyone scorns his work, it'll be in short supply in the future.
