I received some Argentine Rambo comics today!!! There is a tie-in to the Rambo toy line produced in Argentina by Jocsa. When I'm done researching it all, I plan on writing all about it in the SICC forum.

Mail call!! Originally from Mexico, these found their way to Venezuela and then up to me. Thanks to the civil unrest, economic upheaval, power outages and an attempted coup in Venezuela, these took over 7 weeks to get to me. They are digest sized and full color.

Just got this in from grading. I got a few cool books, but THIS ONE is awesome.

“Fantastic” #21, UK Magazine represent of TOS #52 from 1967!

DID NOT expect this high of a grade on this one with the rusty staples. Very happy.

I get so tired of this foolish logic (not NScott, but the panel). As if these "indigenous industries" would have been better off if their great artists were not "poached" but rather lived in obscurity with only a small audience to appreciate their work.

I heard a great line about artistic obscurity: The danger to a great artist is not that their work will be copied or distributed for free, the true danger to a great artist is that their work will not be seen/heard/read,etc. and they will live their lives unrecognized.

Here’s a U.K. “Comic Album” From 1974. It reprints issues 7-9 from the Gold Key series in Black & White.

How dare they tell kids it’s “suitable for coloring and cartooning”!

Also, it’s printed in Finland?
