| Didn't realllly want this book but the price was right.... $80 CAD so $60 USD at a show I just got back from an hour ago.... My 11yr old loved the movie - maybe grade this and give it to him???  (the tick by the upper staple isn't actually there -trick of the scan reflecting off the bag in the bag??) |

    It was a good week. The 9.6's I'm going to resubmit them and have them pressed, hope for a pair of 9.8's, they are both stunning. I'm so stoked to get such a nice 101, have 3 raw copies already, but I've been wanting a high grade copy for a while.  |

| @KatKomics - I had Elvira (Cassandra Peterson) sign my copy of that HOM #1 back on November 4th. It's been with CBCS since then for grading/authentic signature (yellow label). PS - I checked to see if any signed copies were on ebay, and found one. Now I know why Beckett bought CBCS. Check out their slab.  |

| ok - received one of my grails. it is funny how one does not notice things until you get the comic in hand - eg such as that the x-men have a x in their belts. book presents well for a 2.5 but clear that it has been pressed and i think it has also once been color touched which subsequently have been removed  |

The book had red map pencil or red crayon along spine. It was a slight B-1 amateur restoration. So the book was scraped and cleaned off. I could not believe it only took a .5 drop in grade. |
