Saw these books and they just jumped out at me - now I'm afraid to actually read them - might get the collected edition.

There is a convention this weekend -I'll see if I can find some readers, if not I'll have to order the hardcover.

Was able to find out a little about these books

This article only showed 2 pages but it was enough that I had to get all the books, from the description I can tell that this is the type of story I would like and from the covers and the pages also the type of art!

"But what you probably don’t know is that Leonard Starr, of Little Orphan Annie fame, and Stan Drake, of Blondie fame, teamed up in 1980 to begin crafting a series of what were then known as graphic albums for the French publisher Dargaud. These graphic albums—what we would now call graphic novels—were geared toward an adult audience and featured nudity and violence, the likes of which would have horrified most Sunday comics readers in America.

Though long out of print, Dargaud released English-language versions of these graphic novels in the United States in the early 1980s, under the series title Kelly Green, named after the main character of the books. And as obscure as they are today, they are, simply put, some of the best-looking crime comics ever produced.

So, I snagged these on eBay...heading to a Zakk Wylde meet and greet in June and wouldn't you know it. There's a comic for that!!!!

Hoping to get these signed with AW.

Those that are fans would probably make the association that the Odinforce blend of Death Wish Coffee is the Zakk Wylde brand line...and he makes his comic book debut.

Not sure the kids today would know who the great Mr. Bronson was...but you're right the name goes hand in hand with him.

Welllllp, I almost had a complete set of 1-5 all 9.8s. This one had edge wear along spine I thought would get a production pass....so I'm on the hunt for another 9.8 candidate. Too bad these won't have matching serials together for my OCD....
