| @Tedsaid There's a few more gems in there, in case you weren't aware: DKM #2 is the true 1st appearance of Batman Who Laughs (came out same day as TT12 and is before it in the story as well, and Snyder agrees), GL38 is 1st red tide, Tales GL #1 is 1st Arisia, Thanos 16 is orgin of Cosmic Ghost Rider. I know you saw the before and after clean/press of that Supes book, so figured it would be a dead giveaway anyways. As for the unbagged books - I've been packing all my sold stuff lately with random stacks of reader books off my overflowing nightstand lol, they make for good outside buffer and people seem to appreciate them! | OK, it's not Secret Santa related, and I apologize, but I have to tell someone because my wife doesn't appreciate what I bought today. I bought 51 comics for $51.00, and in the lot I found the entire run of the Batman: A Death in the Family, Batman #426, 427, 428 and 429 all Mint. That in itself is pretty awesome, and my son was ecstatic. I think it is my best find so far. Should I feel bad?....if you break it down I paid $1.00 for each. To be fair though, a lot of precious Bronze Age Marvels didn't make it. I did bring home Eternals #1 in real rough shape...still it's in a better place for $1.00. Going to go back and find some more...Christmas shopping for one of you next year!!!! Now its Secret Santa related! lol! |

| @Watcher If you get cable TV, check to see if you can ElRey. It may be under the Spanish tier, even though all the programs are in English. They air 4 episodes of "The Incredible Hulk" every weekday morning from 3am - 7am. I'm hardly ever up at that time, but I have tivoed some episodes. Plus, they have Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis on everyday!!! And it has been a BLAST seeing what everyone has given and gotten!!! Thanks everyone for making the Secret Santa a huge success this year!!! |
