| You guys are likely going to wait longer - I just got notified my April 28th submission (listed as returned in 13 weeks) is now being processed - no pressing or cleaning - just grading. To date, they received my book 26 weeks ago (6 months). I still have one they received 5/8/18 - I should receive it by Christmas........ I just don't know which year yet lol. | ||

| Called CGC, spoke with a very nice lady named Rachel. Their TAT for moderns is 5-7 weeks; even quicker TAT for more expensive tiers. To be clear, that's "weeks" not "months." Apparently people are tired of getting books back that appear to be made with plastic wreckage from the Exxon Valdez, and business is slow. Probably accounts for part of the uptick in business at CBCS, and the reason my books keep moving to the back of the bus. People see the ungodly long TAT's, color up to fast pass, and push our stuff further back down the line. At 22 weeks, its either that, or spite for daring to complain. Either or, dealer's choice. I also did the unthinkable and called PGX. Not planning on using them for anything other than a punch line, but the nice lady who answered the phone (but didn't give a name) says their TAT is 4-6 weeks. Again, that's "weeks" not "months." My submission is in week 22 (AKA: 5.5 Months). As previously noted, I am far from pleased with this development. After speaking with Jake (customer service) I decided to say nice things, relax, and wait the couple of weeks it would take to get my relatively small (~$450) order back. Patience is not one of my virtues, but I figured I would give it a try. That trial is rapidly reaching its end. |

| FYI - A bunch of pre-screen moderns with a 6/2/2018 invoice date (probably received the week of 6/4/2018) that I submitted just changed to "Grading" status during the past week sometime. |

| Still waiting on my comics received on 7/11 and still showing processing. I was originally concerned when I was charged again for a separate order (one book that needed pressing) with none of the money for that book transferring over. I disputed the charges. Customer service responded quickly saying that my membership and my 2 free Rapid submissions had expired but they would honor them (not true, the split order was created on 7/19 making it look like it was past my membership date). Anyway, the pressed issue was pressed, graded and shipped fairly quickly. It was purchased from a tough-grading dealer as a 5.5 and graded as a 7.5 with check mark. Very happy with that. Good thing the other order has 3 Venom Lethal Protector #1's so I can get them back in time for the release of the movie. Oh, wait! We should all be thankful that we are not being charged storage fees! |

| I am coming up on 26 weeks on Nov. 17. My 2 comics have been there since May 17, 2018 that is with 12 week turnaround. I hope to get them before Christmas. With the other company it is a 19 Business day for an extra $8.00. Might have to think about sending my comics there next time. | ||

| Woo hoo! Got an email yesterday that my books are shipping. From Megacon Orlando submitted 5/26 and received in their system on 5/31. Unfortunately dashboard doesn’t have grades but I guess it will be like Christmas when they get here to see what they came back as. Definitely took a lot of patience to get here though. | ||

| You should get another email soon saying the books have shipped and that the order is complete. That's when grades will be available on your dashboard. | ||

| Not super concerned but should I be? This is start of week 23 of estimated 24 weeks on original submission date and my books have not changed any status they are still at Processing/Received/Submitted looking at dash board, clicking into invoice and opening PDF invoice. I know the estimated 24 weeks is out the door but I would have thought they have moved stages (10 books, all have pressing - most with witnessed signature) Anyone know what the actual stages are?? maybe they just really haven't had a status change to update?? |

| It's official! Orlando Megacon-> 2 standard witnessed signed books submitted on 5/26 and received by CBCS on 5/31. No Fast Pass or Pressing. Shipped today with FedEx number verified and my grades are showing on my Dashboard! For everyone still waiting, there is a light at the end of the tunnel... patience, that's all I can advise, your orders are working. |

| I had two orders submitted at Raleigh SuperCon, one order of 10 books and another order of 94 books. Yep, no typo, 94 books. I don't expect to see them anytime soon. They were listed as a 13 week turn around, but it is what it is. I would like to ha e them back by Christmas. Fingers crossed. | ||
