| I'm experiencing a problem. My parcel has shipped, it's gone from Texas to Tennessee, from Tennessee to Stansted, GB, from Stansted to Poyle, GB and finally from Poyle to Johannesburg, ZA. Parcel was supposed to delivered 2019-02-28 but is being delayed as FedEx is requiring a commercial invoice. As it's my first rodeo I'm a little stumped. Do I just have to submit the invoice of my completed order to FedEx or is there another invoice that CBCS must supply in order for my parcel to be cleared. As far as I read, when a parcel is shipped with FedEx, all the relevant paperwork needs to be forwarded to FedEx upon shipping in order for FedEx to expedite the customs process and speed up the delivery. Maybe I'm understanding the process wrong, I dunno. Any help? | ||

| Can anyone tell me the timeline of when books are shipped out? I received an email on the 26th that my books were ready to ship. The next day I had grades and notes. I still have not received an email with my FedEx tracking number, so just curious how long after you get grades do the books get shipped? My invoice does say completed now. |

| My order that I submitted at RICCON on November 4th went into grading yesterday! That’s less than 16 weeks considering all the holidays involved. Time to send another batch or two in. PS - The Invoice still shows submitted, but I got the email notification yesterday and my dashboard (orders) shows grading today. |

| I don’t know if they’ve improved since then but when I submitted my books at last year’s SDCC it took them 2 months to show up on my account. I recommend using the online submission form even when submitting at a con just to avoid errors when CBCS transcribes the paper form, plus, you’ll already have the order on your account |

| @KatKomics my Baltimore books took 2 months to show up on the my dashboard. Con was end of September they showed up after thanksgiving. My fear is that they entered the grading queue as of November. I keep seeing October books on this thread - and even some November books - graded and shipped and the Baltimore books are still “received.” | ||

| Just because your order isn't one of the ones processed doesn't mean they aren't making progress. My TAT was 20 weeks, well over the 12 estimated. Unless these are orders for customers that they needed right away, then just sit and wait until CBCS sorts themselves out. If its just your books, either sit and wait or pay for fast tracking. They seem to be getting there, albeit slowly. On a side note, anyone whining about books being gone for a period of time can feel better knowing I have a book that just crested 20 MONTHS, and not with CBCS either.  |

| Who can I contact in order to get my commercial invoice? My order is stuck at customs as according to FedEx my parcel requires a commercial invoice. I emailed customer service three times and requested the commercial invoice. The first time they insisted that it must be with the parcel but if not they would send it and I then replied to them to please send it but no reply twice. I'm frustrated as the parcel showed ready for clearance and now it's stuck at customs due to a missing document. | ||
