| My order finally went into shipping today. How long does it usually take from them to actually ship? just curious. They have my email wrong so they wont be able to send me a shipping email. Also how do you find out the grades online? I have 5 books and the invoice says shipping but no grades were posted. | ||

| @DOconnell2323 - You will know when they have shipped, because that's when your order is removed from "Open Orders" and it goes into your "Order History." Once that happens, you can see the grades. | ||

| For what its worth, I just received a shipping notification email on my order that was received on September 7, 2018. It was 3 books, 2 moderns and one golden age, signature verification (red label) on all 3 with Fast Pass. So it took a little over 3 months. | ||

| UPDATE: 2 comics sent in, received 12JUL, shipped back to me last week, should receive today or tomorrow from carrier. That was a long wait, I think I will hold off and reconsider for awhile before submitting anything again. |

| Dropped off at con June 17th 1 two day modern, 2 consumer, 4 modern [one with a VSP], 1 quickstream 3 that need pressing and listed as quickstream, expanded, modern Marked Received July 12th Jumped to Labels Nov 26th for the non-pressed 8 books, the 3 in need of pressing are still listed as submitted. All unpressed stuff arrived and is in hand Dec 17th Some notes: Wrote on the original invoice to hold and ship complete so that I could save on shipping. This was not acknowledged except in an email by someone who clearly wasn't grading or dealing with my invoice. Books for pressing - no update since July 12th "processing". VSP Futurama sig is dated "JLlyod 00" on the cover but the CBCS label reads "Witnessed Sig James Llyod 8/14/2018" - that doesn't make any sense and seems quite arbitrary to me. Again, info I provided in an email regarding when I had the book signed, nearly 10 years ago, was not considered. The books look great and are presented in a vastly superior way to other grading companies. No question. Cases are clean, and free of defects. |

| @Terry88 It's standard policy that we will not hold non-pressing orders to combine shipping with orders that are being pressed. We did that for a while but it's been quite some time since then. | ||

| This Friday will be 21 weeks for my submission that was received on July 27th. 6 books that I was an authorized witness for. No pressing, no quickstream, just grading. My dashboard and invoice still show "submitted" and nothing has changed. I think hoping to get them before the end of the year is a pipe dream at this point. Hopefully first thing next year. It looks like they're getting to July submissions so I'll keep my fingers crossed. |

| Soooooooo, I submitted 1 book for press clean grade. It was received 5/29. Its 12/18 today. Book still just shows received. A little crazy, no? The only positive of this company right now is the 3 orders of 2 day moderns I submitted during this time all stayed on schedule. The Christmas exchange was cool tho. Way past 24 weeks now... |

| June 11 pressing here. In pressing thread Steve Ricketts states that mid June should start pressing the end of last week. No movement here so I figure his estimate was too generous. Sounds like they may still be in May. Checking my dashboard multiple times each day doesn’t help. I wanted these before Christmas but it’s looking like mid to late January. I know they will eventually come home, I’m just trying to figure out where I am in the process. That is besides waiting. Ive got that part figured out. | ||

| Pressing through like June 12 is done and should be in Dallas on Friday. They may not get everything checked in until Wednesday or Thursday of next week because of the holiday. Expect those orders to be graded and into the slab room shortly after. | ||

| I submitted 9 books on June 30th at the Amazing Las Vegas Comic Con, was billed for the work on July 13th, and now it's December 19th with no shipping dates yet. My account page shows the word processing in yellow at the top left but then over the costs to grade each book it says grading in yellow. So are my books still in processing which I was told on the phone about 3 months ago they were in processing or are they in grading? Little pissed I'm billed for the work already but almost 23 weeks in and I still have no clue when I'll get my books. |

| @DazeOfWar According to what you are seeing, your books are in grading now. On my account, the top left will always say either "Submitted, Processing or Completed." Only those three things. Where yours now says "grading," you are seeing what stage in processing you are in. After grading (in my account) comes "labels, QC, shipping, and completed." Hope this helps. | ||

| My July 17th order of 15 Moderns, no fast pass, sigs, or pressing shipped today! What a great Christmas present! Another order of 15 Consumer tier comics has been in grading/labels since December 18th (but they were submitted almost a month after the first order). I do think things are moving a little quicker. | ||
