Submitted two seperate orders at BCC two weeks ago, one of them i had paid for 2 day grading, and the other was going to be pressed with no rush whatsoever. The one being pressed actually already hit me and it’s paid for, but the one i’m paying for the 2 day treatment still hasn’t hit me. All i’ve gotten is an email with an invoice, i have a payment method hooked to my account, i tried updating in hopes of giving the system a nudge to try running the payment again, but nothing has happened. The email also states that no grading or verification will happen until i’m paid in full. I’ve tried calling the number in the email and i can’t get a hold of a customer service email anywhere. This ised to be so easy, how do i get a hold of someone to get this bill paid? I want my book back asap, that’s why i’m paying for the 2-day service.
