This thing is huge. Bigger than the Hulkbuster and extremely fragile.

Cool. I’ve purchased a few of their 1/6 figures.

Definitely prefer their larger scale pieces, though. Such as this one. I was super tempted by this one and the Carnage piece.

The Premium format one from Sideshow. Hadn’t seen the XM one. I’d have to be a super fan of something to go the XM large scale route. If they do a comics accurate Black Widow for instance, I’d consider it.

Was going through some things and I found this press kit that I had forgotten about. Back in the 80s my mom's boyfriend's mom worked for 20th century fox. She would give us kits and stills all the time.

Old Hudepohl beer sign. Got this close to 20 years ago. Any of you from the Cincinnati area may remember this.

I bought this nice Sub-mariner comic many years ago. What I found in the book was the receipt for the book and was used as a book mark and was sitting in the last page of the comic. Been there since purchased and I left it there on the last page. Surprising cool find.

Was going thru one of my comic book drawers and I found this comic shop advertising poster for the infinity Gauntlet mini series dated 1991. After selling thousands of books and moving thousands of miles. I forgot I still had this poster. I placed a comic book beside it so you can get a idea of size.
Not sure if comic book shops still get advertising posters for new series.
Anyway thought I'd share my find. A 28 year old poster 😀

These popped up on Facebook for sale from an 83 year old guy who picked them up second-hand when he was young. Amazing to see what is still tucked away in people's homes and such

Looks like Rush are releasing a graphic novel about the making of A Farewell to Kings...it's an interesting concept. Kinda cool seeing the boys in comic form...

I actually bought a bunch of those many years ago, even have the envelope they came in they sent to the vendors. If I can find them I'll show them too. I love some of the old advertising.

@martymann Sometimes, there was nothing like being a sailor. I've been told that I had many a good times in Guam, Singapore, Japan, and the Philippines.

Recently acquired painting (unfortunately this isn't a great photo, but the reflective glare off the glass kills iPad image's details altogether in normal room lighting)...

M. Brundage

OK, we were able to get a much better, properly scanned image (HA attribution), so here 'tis.
Obviously, the "X" in the upper right hand corner isn't part of the original art.
