| Hi! I submitted an order on 7-15-18, and according to the TAT calculator, the estimate is 10-8-18, but at the top it also says “modern submissions are 4-6 weeks behind.” Is that on top of the estimate, or included in it? (My order is still “processing” as of today) Thanks! |
